Memory,

Treasure

Why would anyone need a better memory in this day and age… haven’t we got Google and smartphones? We hear this all the time and yes, good questions. But as humans we know there is a world outside the online and there are many reasons why a "great" memory is so important today.

So what is memory? Memory is the process of encoding, storing, and retrieving our experiences and knowledge and we cannot overstate it's importance... it's central to our being... it what makes us who we are.

Importantly, it's how we first encode and then later recall information which counts; sadly, these two areas are where so many people fall down and suffer.

Whether you’re in a social gathering, a corporate meeting or presenting to a large audience, you are not guaranteed instant access to third party critical knowledge resources to help put across your ideas. These are the times when “It's all in your head” is a good thing... if you can access exactly what "It" is. This is when good is great!

The good news is, there is so much that can be done to improve how you remember things; arriving on this site is the first positive step! With a little effort and practice the new skill sets participants learn from these memory improvement training sessions are potentially life-changing.

Moreover, research has shown that the more people “exercise” their brain along with their body, the greater the capacity they have for learning new things; this is where new cells can grow and new neural pathways can open.

For anyone suffering short term memory loss following stroke or trauma, these techniques are being designed to offset problems by providing new tools and new hope...
